FAMILY: In order to be eligible for admission, applicants must meet the FCSS definition of a family. A family consists of any group of people living together for a period of at least one week prior to entrance into shelter. RENT: All residents will be required to pay a rental fee for housing at our Transitional Housing facilities. Amount will be determined on a sliding fee scale basis dependent upon monthly income. Families will be expected to pay their rent on time and in full at the beginning of each month. SELF SUPPORTING: All families entering transitional housing must have some means to financially support their families. All residents will be required to verify income, employment, and assistance received through the Department of Social Services.TRANSPORTATION: All families living in a transitional facility should have some verified means of transportation. (means to use public transportation, family members that can provide transportation as needed, or their on car) Family Crisis Support Services, Inc. will not be responsible for providing transportation but may offer assistance at their discretion.DAMAGE DEPOSITS: All families will be required to pay 100.00 damage & utility deposit.
