Family Crisis Support Services, Inc. receives about one-third of our operating funds from grants. The remaining amount needed to operate our shelters comes from revenue generated from our thrift stores and community donations.
Note: We give away items to clients who request and demonstrate a need. Also, all clients entering our shelter receive 6 free outfits of clothing for each member of their family. As clients depart from shelter, we give them household items if we have any available to help them attain independent living.
All excess merchandise is sold at modest prices.
