Criteria for Admission
1.
Potential Residents must complete a screening either in person or over the telephone.
2.Staff must speak directly with client.
3.You must be at least 18 years of age and possess some type of legal identification
4.Residents must be mentally and physically competent to care for themselves and present no danger to other residents.
5.NO Alcohol or Controlled Substances will be tolerated!
Please note that admission to GUEST HOUSE is treated on an individual basis. Staff of Family Crisis Support Services reserves the right to review all necessary information regarding a client in order to make a determination if the client meets FCSS criteria. We as an agency, will consider all pertinent data in accepting a client as a resident, or referring a client to more appropriate services. If we do not accept the client as a resident, we will attempt to connect the client to other more appropriate facilities.
All qualified persons may receive services regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or physical handicap.
